Body is about 12" by 10.5". The flap is about 14" wide. Three bound front pockets for cards and wads. A separate flap for the front pockets is held down by the main flap and closure. There is a generous gusset in the main body with two edge bound pockets on the inside back. Roll welted.

As I said elsewhere, fabulous work. Inspirational.
Not that I could ever even dream of making something to this standard, I'm curious about something. The front panel of small pockets. Did you create volume in them by wet molding them/stretching them post assembly? Or, did you cut the panel over large, and by bringing the outer edges in to meet the smaller piece it is sewn to, create a "bellows" effect? (I'm pretty sure I explained that horribly but hopefully you understand what I mean)
If the latter, how do you control keeping things even, and not having "gathers" along the bottom edge?

I do it both ways depending on what its to carry. This one is wet molded.
