Here's a list of all the NMLRA Charter Clubs in Virginia. Pick one, head to a monthly shoot and introduce yourself. Ask questions, and don't be afraid of being wrong.
If the Charter clubs don't suit your fancy, the North-South Skirmish Association shoots in Winchester. This is also where they hold their national events. Now that's a rowdy group. Team matches, breaking 32 clays and tiles under 5 minutes with a team of 8. Mortar and cannon teams! You bet
