From my research.... R&S is heavier, much more accurate (at moderate loads) and comes to/stays on POA without wrist movement. Some complaints are it really likes larger hands and the grip is much higher. It seems it's pretty unanimous that in quality/shooting ROA is first followed closely by R&S's with the Remmie and Colt (both 51/60) in third.

I have 3 remmies, 1 8" stock, 1 Sheriff Converted (deadly) and 1 8" Kit I'm building... I absolutley love them over the Colt Army so I'm curious to see what the R&S feels like. Regardless, the more the merrier!
 
They are similar but the hammer position is different for cocking the piece. The grips are also different and some folks with larger hands like the R&S more. Mine is pretty rough and has a terrible bore due to prior owner neglect, so I can't comment on accuracy although it isn't bad for something with a sewer pipe for a bore.
