It seems like I read somewhere about being able to buy a high quality set of after-market springs for the '51 Navy. The trigger and bolt spring broke on my Uberti Navy and I thought it would be a good idea to go on and replace all the springs.

Thanks a lot!

Hey, this dude's really cool! :grey: I've been gone a while and now's the first time I've seen the new smilies.

Bluegrass:
I am looking at page # 123 of the most recent Dixie Gun Works cataloge - It lists all types of replacement parts for reproduction 1851 Navy Revolvers - Hand & spring - part # MP1813 - $5.95 Mainspring, long - TP1565 - $3.00, loading lever latch spring - #SP1855 - $3.00, trigger & stop spring - TP1818 - $3.00. I don't know about the quality of these parts. The only reproduction Colt part I have purchased from DGW was another hammer for my Walker to carve a differnt rear sight out of. The quality of that hammer was top notch, at the very least, these parts will get you back on the range. :front:
