I've always thought that hunting Razorbacks with a .50 or .54 (round ball) sidelock would be an adventure that would never be forgotten.
I've also heard that a big razorback can be a bit hard to knock down unless you hit him with a heart/lung shot.
I think if I were to try such a thing I would want a similar caliber pistol for a fast back up as I've heard that if not knocked "down and out" the pig can get a bit testy (or should I say they know exactly who shot them and take it real personal?).
Any of you guys from down South ever try this?
