Is there a dispenser available that screws directly onto the original a black powder container? Thanks

If you mean a spout that screws onto the bottle or can in place of the cap, they are available for most brands. What powder bottle are you using?

Thanks, that's close, but I was hoping to find one that dispenses measured amounts.
That's what your there for , lots of volume measures available ,buy a couple and see what works for you (I did ) and ended up using weighted charges in stead . Found it easier to use squirrel hunting with pre charged loads ,no wind/shaky (I get excited ) when killing dinner and it makes for less distraction (dry balling) Ed

Some years ago I bought the measure on the left which is just what you want.

I used the cap from the brand of powder I was using and attached the valve to the cap.

Now, all I can find is this flask with the valve and adjustable measure.

I have seen just the valve that is compatible with most 1/2" adjustable powder measures. You can use the lid from your powder can to hold the valve. Now I can't find it. They certainly existed.

We use a old lid and a 5.56 case. Cut the base off, split the bottom 4-6 times, drill a hole in the lid, stuff the case thru and peen the bottom to the case to the lid. Some use rod and flux and seal the two together.

I have two of these made in the 90s.

Also use it to fill my powder horns
