Pedersoli Willits Brown Bess

need some help I have a chance to pick up a Pedersoli Brown Bess Flintlock smooth bore Willits . IT has a brand new stock from Pedersoli just needs to be finished do to the original stock was damaged.Its a complete rifle The lock ,barrel and everything else looked in great shape.I can have it for under $500 would this be a good deal .

I'm not aware of Pedersoli ever making a Willits Brown Bess, sure it isn't something else? I'm thinking the Willits is a much earlier Bess than the Pedersoli.

I was just going on what I was told I know its a Pedersoli barrel is marked .someone told me the smooth bore were The Willits I’m guessing they were wrong I went on the Pedersoli site and the one on there site .I will have pictures tomorrow
