Here is a Pedersoli Brown Bess Carbine is in “New and Unfired” Condition and will be shipped in the original box. The only marks on the frizzen are from lock testing ONLY and has never been fired. I bought this last summer for my younger grandsons to learn how to use a smoothbore firelock to both shoot and hunt with, being both shorter and handier than my full size guns. I had planned for them to use it as a short barreled fowler. Of course they wanted to use the same guns as grandpa, and have been doing incredibly well.
This is Pedersoli’s carbine version of the Brown Bess musket. It’s in .75 caliber (11 gauge smoothbore) with a 30 1/2" satin finish barrel, is 47 1/4" overall, has a 2 1/2" drop, weighs 7 1/2 pounds and a 14" length of pull. It uses a .735" diameter ball and 1" flints. It has a single trigger and a steel ramrod with a threaded 10-32 male thread and a very nice oil finished American walnut stock. My price of $1000 includes shipping anywhere in the US legal to do so. Accepted methods of payment are either USPS money order or PP F&F with shipping to be sent priority mail insured. I’m not interested in any trades at this time. Please PM (private message) me thru this forum to inquire further and thanks for looking…
