Whoa! Careful! Those flint knives are sharp! And somebody forgot to trim off that spur on the antler haft! Kidding aside, it's a beautiful knife and should be jealously guarded. Somebody really loves you. Be well, George.
 
They are also extremely brittle, so don't drop it or whack it against anything. Takes a LOT of skill to make a knife out of flint, chert, or obsidian. Very nice gift!
