Indeed. Good news is I’m not much of a flinches. I figure if I can breathe properly & give the slow squeeze on mule like my 30-06 or LR-308 without flinching I’m good to go. Guess we’ll see? 🤷🏻‍♂️

only time recoil from a muzzleloader got my attention was when i sent a ramrod on top of a ball down range . got a good hit, but i thought the second coming was happening when i touched that sucker off. was comparable to my cousins .50 bmg in a 14 lb rifle.
