I have a question for the bag makers, I’ve always made plain shooting bags for myself and some friends, but I want to try my hand at making a shooting bag lined with pillow ticking. Do you glue the fabric to the leather? Or no? I was thinking maybe some contact cement?
Thanks,
Kevin

my wife made me a liner out off stiff canvas folded over 3 times , to make 3 big pockets and sewed one in half to form two smaller pockets . the advantage is durability and the stiffness stays open from collapsing in on to it's self without glueing to leather, I used leather laces to tie to bag and can remove it if I wanted to
