Hey gang, shot this vid at a Jefferson Iowa muzzleloader shoot after matches. The cannon was made by a member of Raccoon Valley Muzzleloaders.
Sorry the vid is not professional, but here it is anyway.
Keep your eye on the gong (white) to the left of the middle tree hanging from a horizontal attached to two uprights.
This cannon shoots a silver bullet . Actually he shoots aluminum beer/pop cans filled with cement.

It may be an optical/photographic illusion, but it looks like the barrel is a bit too large for the carriage?

Right from the owner:

The silver bullet cannon is a 1/2 (approximately) scale model 1841 Civil War 6 pounder. The silver bullets are 2 lbs and the lead balls are 3 lbs.
