Hello everybody, today i show to Americans people a plain pistol in 0,45 caliber.
Maybe not everybody says that Plain Pistol is made in Italy by Investarm in Val Trompia (BS). American Lyman buy them only in 0,50 and 0,54 caliber for your market.
So in Italy we can find also 0,45 caliber.
This caliber is 1350g heavy but less powder, less smoke, less noise (maybe ).
I make Black Powder (75kno3, 9,4S 15,6C) myself. Considering burn speed it seems to be like FFFF or FFF because 23Gr of BP on a paper burn in 0,2 sec. When i shot 23Gr (1,3g) my gun sounds like 44 Magnium !!!! but i've no instrument to take speed.
