Hello fellas!

Just getting into the flintlock/muzzleloading world.
Been a history nut for,...seems like since I was a little boy really.
Looking to pick up my first flintlock sometime in the near future (Lord Willin??)... thinking of a Leigh County rifle.

Well,...
Looking forward to learning and making friends.

God bless!

Welcome to the Forum! Glad to see another Pennsylvanian come aboard. Lots of great information and nice folks on here. I'm from the Pittsburgh area, what part of PA are you from? :hatsoff:

You've got a lotta fun ahead of ya!
Welcome to camp! Pull up a stump and join in at the fire! :v

Thank you.
I'm from the southeastern area myself.

Welcome to the MLF! Glad you found our camp and glad to hear another has been bitten by the black powder bug. Let us know what front loader you settle on( and maybe a pic). Pull up a stump and join us at the fire.

Welcome! You have picked a great part of the time period to study. Lots of info in the archives.

Thanks everyone.

Yeah I've been teetering on the verge of either building a long rifle or just buying one.
We have a newborn so my time is tied up but my funds are to some extent as well,...figures huh??!! haha
