I should have introduced myself sooner. I live in
Placer County, currently occupied by The Peoples Republik of California. Retired from the Southern Pacific Railroad. I have been shooting smokepoles [and pistols] for the last fourty years or so. Muzzel loadin has been on the back-burner until a couple of years ago when I rediscovered the magic of billowing smoke.

I have used GBO for years and still do, but I like the focus of this Forum so I don't have to wade through the machineguns and politics. I like machine guns and political discussion, but here it is brown steel and black powder.
