SOLD FS: Southern Mountain Rifle/Poor Boy .54 - LOWER PRICE

Greetings,

Offered for your consideration is this .54 caliber flintlock "Southern Mountain Rifle" or "Poor Boy." This rifle was purchased from a seller through this forum in 2022 and subsequently used on back-to-back TV productions (some details can be made available to buyer). This rifle is in very serviceable shape, but could definitely used some TLC. It's a reliable shooter and sparks well with a smaller-size rifle flint. Action works fine, though is a little subtle on the half-cock - certainly something that could be easily addressed. The "repaired" wrist is cosmetic only and was added either by builder or a previous owner. I'm no expert, but I suspect this could be a good starter rifle for someone, or a decent deer rifle.
