I imagine this Daniel Boone statue was used as a "behind the bar" display or perhaps was used in a liquor store. It is marked Old Boone Distillery Company, Meadowlawn, Kentucky, and Mattei Advertising Display Co., 927 S. Madison Street, Louisville 4, Kentucky, The zone instead of a zip code indicates it was made in the 1950s or before. This statue display is about 14 inches tall, about 10 inches wide and a little over 4 deep. It weighs almost 6 pounds.
