This is a somewhat started Colonial Pistol kit. The lock and sideplate are inlet, and the barrel is 75-80% fitted and inlet. Bore is shiny but a couple small patches of rust on the exterior and a spot on the ramrod. This is a 45 cal percussion gun, with a snail rather than a drum.
The kit is complete, a couple parts were missing and I ordered replacements from The Gun Works (good business to deal with BTW). Barrel is stamped "Jukar," which I suppose speaks to the shared tooling between Ardessa, Jukar, and Dikar -although they would later adopt trade names for the US market like CVA and Traditions...so the instructions say CVA, but parts from older inventory.
Includes two new nipples, wrench, capper and a 5/16 stainless loading/cleaning rod. The rod is threaded 10-32.
