Greetings.....are there any roundball mould makers in the U.S. that will cut a custom roundball mould? I need a .753 dia. ball mould. It isn't exactly an off the shelf item. Lyman won't. thanks Paul

Not in the U.S. but Jeff Tanner comes highly recommended by many folks.

Yes, there are custom makers in the U.S. Tryhttp://www.neihandtools.com/catalog/index.html
They will make molds to your specs. I don't know anything about the cost, but have heard they are high quality.

And correspondingly expensive.

I have one of Jeff's molds but I haven't shot any ball from it yet.

Often overlooked is Dixie Gun Works. They have long made their signature Dixie mould. They used to be very inexpensive but lately prices have risen. Currently $55.00. You have to cut the sprue off but, for me, that's not a big deal. I've had several. The last one I have left is a .731" for my Brown Bess.
