I see no signs of a cut off barrel lug or threads so I believe this is original flint though the hole is bigger than most. Tang is broken. I didn't clean the bore much but enough to get a look down without spider webs or anything and the rifling seems pretty strong still. It is .50 cal from groove to groove. Needs some cleaning but should make a fine shooting project. $200 obo plus shipping. For payments, online I have PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App or you can mail a check or money order.

Antique forged barrels tend to be consistently more accurate in heavy competition matches than modern barrels as they are stress relieved.
Sleeving antique forged barrels is also favored practice by hard core competitors.
