Excellent overall condition. A bit of blue loss where a scope had been mounted. Excellent bore top to bottom with sharp, crisp rifling. A very minor nick. Or two on the nice pistol-grip walnut stock.

Been kinda distracted lately and about forgot about this. Got another unwanted 500 dollar 'distraction' yesterday when I took my vehicle for it's annual inspection.

This is really a pretty nice, not often seen TC rifle with a new lower price.

Were any holes drilled and tapped for the scope mounting?

No sir. As much as I hate to see when a barrel has been mangled with a bunch of extra holes, that woulda been the first thing I mentioneed if it did. It had the TC scope mount that used the rear sight holes and the hole on top of the breechplug to mount it.
