.40 identification

I purchased this .40 over a year ago from a great fellow on here(@Dusty_Traveler ) he didn’t have a lot of information about it.

If anyone has an opinion or helpful knowledge, I’d be greatfull.

I wish I had helpful information but I don't. It is a cool rifle though. The patch box and a couple other parts look familiar but can't put my finger on it.
