    Mine comes from my great grandfather's (times four) commander in the mexican war of 1847. Col. Archibald Yell was governor of Arkansas and was killed in the battle of Buena Vista Mexico Feb 26 1847. My ggggrandfather lost his bother and two cousins and was wounded in the same battle.

    I found a website with cva 1858 new army .44 brass frame for under 100 bucks. I already own a Pietta in the same make. The site has the Pietta for 170. Is there something wrong with the CVA or is it a good deal? ::
