    Hello, Has anyone ever replaced the brass furniture (trigger guard, thimbles, escutcheons etc.) on a T/C Hawken with blued ones? Did I say something sacrilegious? Original Hawkens had iron furniture, correct?

    T/C Tang Center Screw Thread Size/ Length

    Thank you all for your great responses! I have another question….. What is the thread size and length of the Thompson Center center tang screw? I was able locate a tang aperture sight for my Hawken but it doesn’t come with the machine screw for the center hole. Is it a pan head type? Thanks.
