    What did I do wrong with GPR

    Just finished a Lyman GPR, my first black powder arm, and took it to the range. Very tight group at 25yds with 60gr Swiss 2f, but on 8th round, rifle would not fire. I found patent breech to be totally clogged with fouling. What did I do wrong?? Was using 495 ball with dried moose juice .015...

    What Dry Lube When You are Allergic to Ballistol

    Pretty new to muzzle-loading, and am interested in trying a dry patch lube. However, I am apparently allergic to Ballistol, so any formula that uses it is not an option. Any other suggestions would be appreciated?

    Dovetail Filler

    Building a Lyman GPR and would like to permanently fill the rear sight dovetail and install a peep as it is easier on my old eyes. Brownells our of filler stock. Wondering if any Muzzleloading vendors carry or if I might use a barrel tendon, etc. Ideas welcome.
