    Back action lock with initials JGD and FG on back of lock

    Trying to identify maker of this lock with intials stamped on back of lock plate FG and then JGD. Lock is on a Judge Resley southern Ohio mountain rifle. Any light you can shed on this would be greatly appreciated.

    bronze appearing nipple
