    CVA Frontier

I bought an old CVA frontier at a rummage sale this summer and the bore looks like it was never cleaned, it's long gone. I cleaned it up best I could and it actually doesn't shoot too bad. The bore just bothers me and I guess I bought it as a project. What's the chances of having it reamed to a...

    Horn Butt Plate

I have an old drilling that has a slight chip in the buttplate, the chip has almost a clear or maybe a "marbled" look to it, I always wondered what it was made from. My thoughts are that it could be a hoof from some sort of (big) animal?? :idunno:

Ball or cap tin pouch? Or what is it???

I had a box just like that when I was a kid. I don't know anything about it or where it's at now, but I used to fill it with worms when I went fishing at the river. :idunno:

I use .315 in mine, no ring but no trouble so far. I can hit a 2 liter pop bottle consistently at 15 yards. #10 fit better but I haven't been able to find any in quite a while. Tom

    Cleaned Up at the Flea-Market!

He's a good guy and he means well, I didn't see anything that I would remotely call "alarming". Looked like a decent buy and a good day outside, I thought it was actually worth watching. Tom

    Remington Pocket

Why do you think you need to ream the chambers? Or should I ask why do you think they need to be .326??

Anyone use the new Lee .32 maxi mold?

I've never heard of a .32 with a twist rate fast enough to stabilize a maxi (or any type of conical). That doesn't mean they're not out there though.

    Green mountain barrel

I was wondering if the barrel needed any fitting for it to fit your stock?? Just how close to drop in was it?? I'm thinking about getting one. Thanks Tom

    R.E.A.L. Conicals

I have the molds from when I was younger, they seem to shoot OK, my neighbor likes them so I cast some for him every year. My opinion is they use too much lead when a patched ball does the job just as well without all the mess. Back when I used them T.C. made a tool that screws on to the bore...

    Non-Lead projectiles for hunting

I haven't looked up the law or anything, but doesn't hunting ammunition have to be of an "expandable" type?? Or the word could be "frangible"?? (Frustrating for sure!!!) :cursing:
