    Bring water with you. The rondys that I have been to all had a water buffalo. It was potable water but My wife frowned from drinking it. So I always take about 5 gallons with me.     you say shooting off sand bags it shot flawlessly, then off hand it shot different. It could have been where you had the gun rested that changed your shot. I always try to put the rest in the same spot where I usually put my hands. Just a thought.
