    There is a lot of people that assume they missed the shot. You need to get on the track and follow. Some will run a good ways. If it is a high shot there will be no blood for a long ways, then it will pour out everywhere. If you pull the trigger it is your duty to make sure it is a clean miss.

    Different county different rules and applies to what you are allowed to hunt with. Pretty soon you will need to consult with a lawyer to figure out the rules and regs. Have hunted in a lot of states and you need to keep yourself updated or you will be paying fines.

    The governor of Virginia passed it this year. When hunting on private land you have to have written permission that states you can hunt on Sunday. Even on private leases. I believe you can't hunt on WMA land yet.
