    i most be missing something what does it mean by saying {its a real crasher} the flint does not come crashing down on the wheel. its placed on top of the wheel in turn the wheel truns and the flint rubs on the whell while its turning thats what i think going on thank you Richard Westerfield

    i gess it does not matter what kind spring you use be it chain .spring or rubber band as long as it flots your boat .for me it will be a chain drive thats the why thay made them at the time. Thank You Richard Westerfield

    and as i told chris hard to do with the use of one hand do to stroke there is some things i can do others i cant. me useing the angle grinder i dont think so. also me useing a hack saw would take me a year to go though that dump truck spring thanks Richard Westerfield
