    TC New Englander .50

Anyone know what would be a fair price to ask for a .50cal TC New Englander in VG condition? This is a wood stock model, has some minor safe scratches on the wood but otherwise is in VG condition. Bore and external metal is in excellent shape with NO rust at all. I have cervical fusions in...

Anyone here own a GM barrel in .36 or .40cal for the TC Hawken rifle? If the barrels are worth the price anyone know where the best place to get them would be? Recoil is a major issue for me now days due to nerve damage in neck/shoulder/arm and plate and screws in the cervical spine. My...

    Reasonable $$$ .36 rifle?

I am looking for a reasonably priced .36 rifle, cant afford one of the more expensive ones due to major back surgery and being out of work most of this year. Having to step down to something with little to no recoil due to the back/neck surgery and from what I remember the .36 offers very low...

    TC Cherokee/Seneca nipple wrench

    .32cal speed loader?

Need some ideas for a convienant way to hold pre-measured powder so it can be poured directlly into the itty-bitty .32cal bore without the need for a funnel. Everything I have is better suited for .45/.50cal bore size, so trying to get all the powder into such a small bore is time consuming...

    TC Cherokee .32

Anyone here have a .32 Cherokee? What loads seem to be giving the best accuracy in your rifle? I have had this rifle out a few times to work up loads, but due to the busy range, bad weather and wind I really havent been able to find its sweet spot yet. Regulis7

    #1 buck .300dia in .32cal rifles?

An older fellow I know has two 5lb bags of #1 buck and said he would take $24 for both because thats what he paid for them a few years back. One bag holds 600+ balls, give or take a dozen or so, and thats a LOT of squirrel shooting and range time. Would cost me around $70+/- to buy that many...

    TC Cherokee .32 range trip..

Took my TC Cherokee .32 out this morning to work up some loads for the upcoming squirrel season. Due to the wind being terrible at the range I limited my shooting to 25 yards, anything past that would have been useless. I shot 15, 20 and 25grs Pyro P with .310 and .315 balls and a couple...

    .32cal bore cleaning rod....

Where can I get a decent rod threaded 10/32 on both ends that I can use for cleaning and swabbing the bore at the range? The wooden rod is fine for loading, provided the bore is clean, but once the bore gets fouled and everything gets slick with bore butter its a real pain to use. Regulis7

Looking for new rifle with light recoil....

...because I have a bad back with nerve and disk problems. My TC New Englander .50 causes me great pain to shoot now, even with 50gr FFg and PRB load I cant comfortably shoot more than 3 shots before the pain starts. Acceptable hunting loads in the 75-90gr range causes immediate level 8 pain...

    .32cal Maxi bullets

I contacted www.blackjackhill.com today to see if they have any plans of adding the .32cal Maxi to their line of cast rifle bullets. At present time they dont have a mold and it will cost $150 for a custom production mold of at least 6 cavities. If they get enough order request for the .32...

    .32cal patch size?

Anyone have any commercial .32cal patches you can measure and post the results? Shooting patch size for round ball? Bore swab/cleaning patch size? I have plenty of time for patch cutting and many yards of suitable materials to use, just need to know the exact dimensions to cut. Regulis7

    Dry Ballin Blows!!!!

Loaded my first dry ball ever today, boy did it suck too! Went shootin this morning so I could work up a better PRB load in my New Englander. First three shots went ok but I was looking for a bit better in the 35 yard accuracy dept. So, I damp swabbed, dry swabbed, loaded and fired at a fresh...

    TC Cherokee .32....

Went to a local smith today looking parts to a rimfire rifle and while I was there I asked if "by chance" he had any .32 or .36 cal ML's for sale. Well, he had a brand new .32 Cherokee barrel and a used Cherokee stock with a really neglected .45cal barrel installed. $125 later and I was out...

    Traditions .32cal Deerhunter?

Anyone know anything about the above rifle? Its avilable from Traditions as a factory direct order for the whopping low price of $139.95 and comes equiped with a synthetic stock, 24" octagon barrel and fiber optic sights. I was wondering how the .32PRB would shoot out of the relatively short...
