    Green Mountain barrel with 1/29 twist

    Has anyone had experience with a .45 caliber barrel this 1:29 inch twist? I bought a TC Hawken that was a kit gun with a K serial number and it came with the .45 GM drop in. Awful fast twist I think. Not sure what to load it with. Any ideas?
