    fix a chip in stock

    many thanks for your ideas. I looked again at the chip, and it is quite small actually, but I am gonna try to fix it with an inlet of cherry... and epoxy. I am not the most exoerienced wood worker, but I am a slow careful worker so I feel confident that it will be ok when complete. thanks Axel

    what is the best way to fix a chip in a stock? it is about 1/8th inch wide by about a 1/4 inch long near the breach and tang area... do use sanded wood flour and epoxy? or???? thanks Axel

    Tennessee Valley Muzzleloaders sells a left hand version of various styles in Kit form and complete.. they are pretty reasonable and have an excellent reputation. do not own one personally though. anyone know much about these guns?
