This rifle has hands down the prettiest stock I have ever seen on a CVA rifle. Nicely figured Maple with custom checkering. Has the four screw patchbox. Very good condition wood. Buttplate and trigger guard painted black. 32" barrel marked MADE IN USA. Original rear sight and replacement front sight. The barrel has several nicks and scratches around front sight. Bore is clean, but has an even frost it's full length. May give it a test firing tomorrow. $395 + Shipping.

Took it out and shot at 25 yards resting against a tree. Target is 5" dia. plastic disk tacked to another tree. Pulled first shot and missed tree entirely. Shots 2 and 3 grouped about 1 inch just above the disk (tips of my fingers). All three rounds loaded easily using ball starter and synthetic rod. The grain in bore does not seem to cause any issues.

Incidentally, that is a nail in disk hokding it to tree. The balls struck side by side high where my fingers are. Should have been clearer.
