I didn't make it out to hunt today with my Firestorm. Had some kind of very unpleasant flu yesterday and this morning. My birthday is in march and I guess my wife felt sorry for me. This is what she gave me! A GPR, in .54 caliber. I hope to get out to the range with it sometime in the next few weeks. The wind chill is supposed to be brutal this coming week. What a wife! 31 years this August and she just keeps getting better. I replaced the included cut flint with a black English I had and the lock looks to spark pretty well. I have it all cleaned up and am pretty pumped.

Thanks! She is the best! The pic is bigger than I thought it would be :) I edited it on my iPad and didn't get it quite the size I planned.

Thanks for all the replies everyone. My wife really is a keeper. She has always been gracious with my firearm hobbies. Also, she comes to the range with me frequently. I have wanted a GPR for a long time. Hopefully like I said earlier, in a few weeks I'll take it to the range and start working on a load or two. All the best folks.
