    I have heard it said that when Lewis went to Harpers Ferry, he picked up one of the rifles, steppeed out the back door of the facility, and killed a buck at 100 yards. Has anyone else heard this story.... I am looking for documentation ..... its a neat story to tell when I pull the rifle out.
