Check with Pecatonica River they have the H&A actions. They may have parts. I am still building on mine. Mine is the later model with set screws instead of the pin in receiver

    .45 Caliber: Deer?

I had no idea that the Bucks in Ohio were 300 lbs. Best not post that too much. Lots of out of State Hunters will help you collect lots of ground burger. Now here where i live in Mo. most of our Doe's field dress about 105-120 lbs. Bucks tend to run 40-60 lbs heavier. Of course every now and...

    .32 VS .36

I have owned both many years ago. I sold both, got myself a .40 cal it did all i needed for my needs. Sometimes i am hunting and a deer comes into my killing range my .40 is legal. While the .32 nor .36 were. I have hunted many a morning for tree rats & a deer was the first game that eased up to me.

    Kibler side effect?

I am also a south paw, i have been around many years. I fully understand Mr. Kibler's position. He has more funds tied up in his equipment than he could ever break even trying to build rifles for LH people. It's not that he would not do it, but he would lose money. Who can afford to take that...

    Accuracy standard

Group size standard is much bigger than most will admit to. With open sights i doubt i can do better than 6" at hundred yards. I cannot see a 3" orange dot at a hundred yards !

    Flintlock flinching

I am a south paw, i don't see the flash at all. I have & shoot 2 RH flintlocks. That's the way it should be built. RH people need the lock on the left side & no see flash cause that eye is closed.
