    Pedrisoli 20ga SBS, cap lock

Both of my barrels are stamped 18.2 so I'm assuming it's cylinder bored for both or either both are choked the same.

    Pedrisoli 20ga SBS, cap lock

On my gun, one barrel at the muzzle is just a bit looser than the other. I don't have a mike (someone borrowed and didn't return) but just used a caliper. I don't know if it's enough to call a choke or not. Gonna sell it if anyone is interested. Jackie

Let me re-phrase that! How do I tell what choke if any, it has. Is it marked? I can't find any markings that tell.

I have a very nice older Pedersoli 12w ga. double. How do I tell whether it is choked or not?

    Frustrations with my used TVM

You're exactly right, Frank. The trigger should trip the sear by inerta instead of spring pressure. The set trigger needs to be a little loose.

    Frustrations with my used TVM

lakota, It's tricky but the trigger can be altered to cock the hammer unset. The trigger mainspring is too tight on the trigger. It can be ground off or the set screw loosened so there is some slack in the trigger. It will then "thump" the sear. I'm not sure what to recommend because I don't...

    Frustrations with my used TVM

It's a good bet, the sight has been in and out a few times for some reason. Maybe replaced. The dovetail is good.

    TVM,What's The Attraction?

Birdwatcher, I won't get involved in the conversation except to say, I believe Matt would do what ever he could to make this right with you. Why not just call him and state the concern and see what he says. If he says there's nothing he can do,then wear him out on the forums. At least give him...

    Muzzlerloader Article

I probably was not the first to use the canoe gun name but maybe so. Many years ago, I had quite a few short barrel pieces with nothing to do with them. I decided on a 18 to 24 inch barreled gun and decided to call it a "canoe gun". Sounded good to me anyway. I certainly won't claim to be...
