    Knuckle buster

I was going to suggest this same thing. A noted writer, speaker. YouTube creator and all around knowledgeable man; Mike Belivieu (not sure of the spelling) has thinned down the front grip frame strap, reworked the grips and perhaps messaged the back side of the trigger guard of some of his...

Shooting Recovered Round Balls from the ground ??

I watched this video yesterday. I am subscribed! I clicked on “Like”. I respect your opinion but I don’t think that I would ever shoot a “dug” bullet unless there was no other option. That dirt is murder on rifle bores!

    Identify this mould?

I am just now learning about the Whitworth rifle and the hex bullets that they fire. I have learned that cylindrical bullets can be fired through hexagonal rifled bores and that as a part of the paper cartridge making process, cylindrical bullets are indeed “paper patched”. I am not so sure...

    Lyman GPR peep

This rear peep sight doesn’t work on the Thompson Center Hawkin rifle apparently.

    Antonio Zoli Zouave questions.

I have one of these rifles. I bought it use not long ago. I really don’t know much more than you do at this point. My rifle was modified by the previous owner. WANTED Sharon 36cal barrel for TC Hawken

I’d like to fine one too! I cast some .36 (.375 revolver round balls) yesterday and got to thinking that I’d love to try shooting a .36 caliber rifle!

    Today's beautiful find.

    Gorgeous!

    .36 cal percussion w/44" bbl

I don’t think that I would cut the barrel down just yet. You might consider have a look down the barrel using one of those new dangled bore cameras. Perhaps one of your friends or a local gun smith has one of these and you can have a look see.

    My first horn build

That’s exactly what I was thinking. To me the spout looks too chunky. It needs to be thinned down and more “graceful”.

My latest Flat horn hand etching

I was going to post a picture of my scratched stick figures representing my wife my son and myself. Now, somehow I don’t think that I will!😜 Your work is exquisite! Well done!
