Hey all, I would really like to buy a tomahawk, something I could customize and make mine. It would be a functioning hawk as I have a pretty decent spread, with Lots of gubment land surrounding me. I live in northern ca, oaks, firs, cedars, manzanita and pines everywhere on the property. I like the design of a tomahawk for being able to break down, use as several other tools. I’m not worried for period correct design. It will prolly never go to a Rondy. It will be functional. I like polled hawks, I’m looking at the cold steel trail hawk, cold steel Hudson Bay and the Crkt woods chogan model. I’d like to be under $100 as it will be a working tool. Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
