I know potatoes guns. Just a very very verrry little squirt of starting ether.

Over the mountains.

The carrot will last longer over potatoes I think. No little bag of ehhh turned potatoes plugs all moldy looking.

The carrot I think..

The potatoes No I new they would only be good for a day anyway.

I don't care much for the cup.

I been playing origami. So I'll share my best attempt with you. If not what was the point.

Or.

string off the back. stabilize things. Stripping cups straight back.

It throws better.. it didn't spin ass over head when hand thrown.

I made Them long. The strings to show..... I think an 1 or 2 inches could work.
🤔

That's just masking tape.

I could make that. Perfect. With tight bond glue a smaller gauge wad in it base. Yes string off the back...

Use a couple shell cases 3" to Form the rolled cups. Molds

Glue it together in them. then put some glue on the wad and push that in for the base.. fold it over even.. let it dry.

use a paper liner. put the glue on the paper and glue the paper inside that way.. it will set and hold.

It shouldn't get stuck in your molds...

Make like 12 at a time..

It's easy... 👍.. good luck!

Before I pull the Trigger

I do want to ask the stupid not stupid question for the night before I retire..

If I do this.. stuff this with that much stuff and the lead .... it doesn't blow up. Right?

Its going to shoot it all out?

Not blow me up?🤔
Wear the same gear as worn in Iraq for bomb disposal , you should be good to go ! But I suspect that will get some funny looks too /Ed

I should have posted this to..

I do have 100,000 of these cards that I just found.. there worth allot more now.

You can tight bond like 3 or 4 cards and then clamp under a book...

Same with cereal box.. glue them to desired thickness.

Then punch the nitros..

Fold your base like that..

Id take some paper shreds with glue and pack it into the bottom. Glue it as you fold.

I would try slits to strip it fast. Like you standard plastic cup..

It might be just fine as the cup alone too.. 🤔

the string looks OK. Wings. Skirt.
Slits. Etc...

I thought trying to make these was dumb. Cheap to buy but.. i like it now. Grew on me.

Line it with paper again after cutting wings.
Just some examples..

OK fast easy no glue nothing..

I stuffed a little fire insulation in there.

You just need the card rolled finger fit to bore. A little tape don't hurt..

But nice made glue d.. it's not hard !

Rolled tall is big... short that's good for 2oz.. adjust with insulation stuffing.

I took maybe 8 or 10 shots.. same load with carrot 🥕 cyl bore

loading was a little easyer i thought.

I used a 7/8" hole saw to cut the 🥕 plug.. it fit but I want tighter.. 10ga

They were cut flat.
Carving a point tip might make a difference too...

Making up some buffer pre loads.

I don't like muffin mix.. it didn't shake mix at all.

The corn meal mixed nice.

Need larger tubes.. but 150grn vol works.

Just to hack tape up a speed load for now... it works.
