Not so new to the forum. Missed introducing myself. However, thought I would share that I have just bought my T/C Hawkens from Jedidiah Starr, and I am anxiously awaiting its arrival. My Dad introduced me to shooting black powder with his Blue Ridge Rifles. I had the opportunity to shoot both a cap lock and a flint lock. My Hawken is the flint lock variety. There is just something uniquely right about a flint lock on a black powder rifle. :grin:
