Appears to have a lot of rust spots in the bore. Does it need to be cleaned or is it rust?

Sorry about that. Do you still have the origional rear sight?

The barrel has some light rust. The rear sight i got with it was a modern adjustable, but i still have it. (I bought it used in 2019 and was working on restoring it. If no one buys it, i'll just keep it and finish the project. I wont be offended by counter offers or if you pass)
