I would like to install a Lyman Globe sight on my T/C Cherokee. Lyman seems to have two or three that might fit. They have an
AEU with .360 Euro dovetail, and another one with a 3/8 in dovetail. Does anyone have any experience with these sights or know where to go
for the info I need. My back sight slides forward and backward? The two lyman's in question are .484 and .464 to the center of the aperture. I
wonder does that matter since I have a sliding rear sight? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!!
Thanks,

Might wanna double check that,,
The Lyman 17A series has 4 models, 3 different heights in 3/8, with just the one being metric. Here's the options;

Please note that in the link they say height is measured from the bottom of the dovetail.
I have a AML in my hands and it is indeed .494 from the bottom to center.
So measure from the bottom of the dovetail cut in the barrel,, NOT from the barrel flat
