Came across this today at the local library. Seemed like a very interesting publication with learned articles on everything from clothing to weaponry, recipes, the Pike County Dialect, and an exciting account of battles by the USS Constitution.

Covered American history from 1521 to 1848.

Looked it up just now on the computer. They folded up the tent after 4 years, due to lack of sufficient subscriptions to cover costs. :(

The library should have all the back issues.

Just wondering if any of you are familiar with the publication, and what your thoughts are on it.
