Help with Zouave ID Please.

I'm checking on an Italian-made Zouave that a fellow has for sale. The only markings on the barrel are "Adler, Italy - Blackpowder only". Is anyone familiar with these? I can't remove the barrel to look underneath - I'm talking via e-mail with the fellow that has it. And the only markings that he can find are "Adler, Italy - Blackpowder only". Help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,I found this in the Gun ID In The Top Of The Page. Adler/Adlerwaffenwerke WG Looks Like It Was Made IN West Germany.Thats All The Info I can Find.SQUIB

Thanks, squib load. As I said, the gun is elsewhere; I can't examine it personally. The "West Germany" and Italy" items just dont mesh though. Oh well, might pass on this one.
