I have seen at least one scammer or spammer. He almost got me. Gave me a deal hard to pass up. He asked me to pay using PayPal Friends and Family. Using PayPal they help you if you get screwed but if you use PFF you've verified the one you're paying. PayPal is not going to get mixed up with that. Look for threads and posts explaining what to look for and how to report them.
