Just inletted the pan area this evening. Still a lot left to do. This cold weather will keep me working indoors, and I'm hoping to get a good deal more work done on this gun before spring.

The stock looks to be spectacular from this angle. Love your clean, well-lighted shop space.
It's 8 here this morning and impossibly cold in my messy garage. 😄
That's pretty cold. My work space is in my basement work room. I've got lights everywhere in that room. Have built all of my muzzleloaders on that table.

The gun is being built from a Rifle Shoppe English matchlock kit. Stock was pre carved but has a ton of excess wood to be removed. Their instruction sheet that came with the gun is pretty thorough, ha(there were actually no instructions whatsoever), so it's been a real learning experience.
