Well after looking at the very interesting Pietta Capt. Schaeffer revolvers for a long time I finally bought one this week from EMF:

This little gun is a sight to behold. Matching of the internal parts is the best I’ve ever seen on an Italian cap and ball revolver, and once cleaned of the thick factory preservant grease the action is slick right out of the box. Trigger is excellent. Proper arbor length and the engraving is beautiful!

I’m VERY pleased and can’t wait to shoot it! :D
