    barrel lugs

I have my 62 cal tullie shooting as good as I can expect. But after 4 to 5 shoots it starts to group to the left. I run a brush after each shot and then clean with a wet patch then a dry one. Could it be the lugs need to be slotted? Maybe it’s getting too hot. :idunno:

I have a long way to go.

I can’t believe how hard it is to shot a flint lock compared to a cap lock. At least for me it took about fifty shots before I even started to get my 50 cal Kentucky sighted in for 30 yards. I was benching off a big log where I had to sit on the ground. I’m glad I started a few days early just...

    Hello from Pa.

Hello I am 45 years old and have messed around with black powder riffles a little over the years but for some reason the bug has just now really bit me. I just bought a 50 cal. long gun. It's a cap. I wanted to change it over to flint but have decided to just buy one some time.
